This intro package is available for all first time clients. Whether you are new to exercise or uf you just need a jump start to your existing training program, this package sets you on your way. Our personal trainers work directly with each client to provide a challenging yet doable ongoing workout program partnered with a full fitness assessment. Each session is specifically tailored to strive towards your goals.




Partner Sessions



Train with a partner, friend or spouse. Motivate eachother, have fun, and lower the cost. Our personal trainers work with both persons simultaneously creating a challenging workout to improve your strength and cardio limits.






Triple Train / Small Group Sessions



Training with a small group of friends can be fun, motivating and less costly.
