NEW T(w)een Circuits is comprised of fun fast paced, energetic circuits designed to build strength, stamina and overall body awareness. This 45 minute circuit class will consist of a variety of challenging stations using body weight exercises as well as incorporating some light weights. A focus on proper form and technique will be emphasized.
